This Privacy Policy explains how Nurse Swift Direct Placements ("Nurse Swift", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit nurseswiftdp.com or submit information through our forms. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
Information we collect
When you complete the eligibility or consultation form, you choose to provide details such as: your name, email address, phone or messaging number, current province or country, citizenship status, registered nurse licensure, years of experience, clinical specialty, preferred U.S. states, preferred immigration pathway, and — if you attach one — a résumé.
When you simply browse the site, our hosting and form providers automatically log limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the service running. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Prospective employers: where you are being considered for a role, with the relevant U.S. healthcare employer and, where applicable, the professionals handling their immigration filings.
- Service providers that operate the site on our behalf — currently our form-handling provider (Formspree), our website host (Vercel), and our email provider — under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing their service.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nurse Swift or others.
Storage and international transfer
Some of our service providers store and process data on servers located in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Canada, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities in that jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection through our agreements with these providers.
How long we keep it
